Trouble resetting iPad Pro.

Reset iPad Pro and when trying to set it up again I keep getting the message: your iPad could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. This happens whether I try through my iPhone or internet connection. Also tried iTunes and finder through my Mac, but didn’t recognize the iPad perhaps since it’s not setup...?

Hey TImKara,

It sounds like you're having issues activating your iPad. We can understand wanting to get that resolved. We want to help.

Restoring your iPad through iTunes would be a good step to try. You mentioned that your iPad is not being recognized on your Mac. We'd suggest trying the steps in this article to see if you can get your iPad showing on your Mac: If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

You can find the steps to restore your iPad here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Thanks!
