I have Apple Music, I have a new iMac Pro, I have a series of pictures in iMovies and have added some free sample downloaded music but would like to add more... Ive tried almost everything and now I'm stuck... :(
Could someone explain how I can access my Music from iMovies?

You can’t. Apple Music is a streaming sevice designed for personal listening, not for use in applications. Also, songs in Apple Music are Digital Rights Management protected, and thus not useable in iMovie. You can, however, use iTunes songs in iMovie if purchased after year 2009.

I don’t use Apple Music but I think that you can access the iTunes store through Apple Music, perhaps via the Music item in the iMovie media side bar. Also, have you tried going to the iTunes website, registering, and purchasing a song from the iTunes store?

Thanks Rich! How would you recommend I add more music? I can't download iTunes to this new Mac. Is there any other way to add music to my iMovie? Im trying to make a wedding video for my daughter and using photos mostly...
