iPhone 12 Pro Max Yellow Screen / Warm Tint

I just bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max a few days ago and the screen looks yellowish. I went to the authorized apple store cause I wanted they changed it for a new one and they refused even when I compared it to the demo iPhones in the store they just ignored, via chat they couldn't help me either. This is not the experience that a I expected with a premium product. It supposed to have the best quality.

What can I do in this case? I mean, it was only 5 days ago, I just used the phone for 5 days
