Return Policy

Hi there! I recently purchased an iPad for a small pet boutique that my business partner and I own. We bought it with the intention of upgrading our POS system however the system we've decided to use does not require an iPad.


We have not used the iPad, however it has been opened. Is it still returnable? It was purchased on April 10.

After expiry of the 14-day unconditional return period, Apple will not offer a refund - whether the iPad has been used or not.


If you purchased your iPad in a region where consumer legislation overrides Apple’s default (and generous) returns policy, you may have other options…
