I updated my iPhone XR to 14.5 today. Now my watch needs to update software. There is not enough room for the update on the watch. I've tried to manually pair it to the phone. But it keeps trying to install the update and gets stuck in a loop. What next??
Is your watch the GPS only S3 by any chance? Try turning it off and then back on. Unpairing might be needed as well:
