I purchased hundreds of songs on itunes and now since apple music i am unable to figure out how to access them. None of the "apple support" is accurate. I stopped making purchases from apple because of this. How do I access my old play lists? I need to access it on my PC! I am choosingmy iphone below on.y because it doesn't provide all the necessary choices. It will be my last iphone. Definately going Androis after all this hassle.

Try Empty/corrupt iTunes/Music library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community. Your music is wherever you decide to keep it. Does "now since apple music" mean you've recently upgraded to Catalina or Big Sur from something older?

I have upgraded to Big Sur. My issue is I can't access itunes songs that I have purchased. I should still have that playlist for use at any time.
It is not upgrading that is the issue. The issue is where are my playlists and how do I access them. They should be stored in my itunes app like they were for a decade
