Even if other devices have no issue connecting does not mean your Wi-Fi network is good.

Reboot your Wi-Fi router and only connect your iPhone first to test.

Change on your Router:

Use DHCP for the settings on your Router - as devices are added to a network, new IP Addresses will be automatically assigned per device by the router. If you are unsure how to do so, then have a Third-Party set this up for you.
