Will I get my phone back if it’s stolen or lost

but no, apple does not receive the products they sell if they get stolen and later found.

If your phone is stolen you’re unlikely to get it back. Things that are stolen tend to stay stolen and iPhones are no exception. You may be able to track the phone via Find My if you had it activated, but that’s only while it’s switched on.
