Could you find the serial number on a phone with IMEI
I can not log in and need the serialnumber.

The problem is that the user is not able to log on the the phone. It under administration ( Norwegian Broadcasting ) and the user has to give serial number to the administrator to get it out of the administration system. The user of the phone is no longer connected to Norwegian Broadcasting. So is it possible for you to see in Intune the serial number connected to 353842088284078 ?
