Touch ID

After the recent big sur update on my M1 MacBook Air the Touch ID has been erratic, sometimes working and then completely stopping. Any solutions?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3

Shutdown computer / keep lid open and discount all external drives. Press and Hold the Power / Touch ID Button ( same button ) for 10 seconds. Restart computer normally and TEST.
