Hello, I want to purchase an offer I got for three months free but the rest I would like to pay at once. Can I do that at this time, to pay at once full price and will it be minus three months?

No. When you accept a free trial Apple may put a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the value of your subscription. They may make further checks monthly within the trial period, then the first payment on the renewal date that follows the trial period. Thereafter you have a rolling monthly subscription that you can cancel when you choose. There is no rest to pay all at once.
