Facebook Live will not recognize my MacBook Pro or MacBook Air's camera in Safari. I have tried to allow access in "Security and Privacy" but there is no way to do it (no plus sign). I'm not running any extensions in Safari, I tried creating a new Log In user, and in Safari settings I have allowed camera access to Facebook. I'm running 11.2.4. Thank you.
FaceBook is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.

Perhaps, but System Preferences IS an Apple product, and I should be able to add an app (in this case Safari) to allow usage of the camera.
Yes the System Preferences IS an Apple product but FaceBook is not.
FaceBook needs to interact with System Preferences that you can then allow the use of the Camera like Adobe and Zoom in there.
