Fall detection false alarms

I see from prior questions/answers that the fall detection sensitivity cannot be changed. So this is more of a discussion item so that maybe Applet will add sensitivity adjustment in the future. Being 74, I thought the fall detection feature would be a good idea, especially since I'm still a very active bike rider. But therein is the source of the false alarms. When riding fast I hit a bump or small pothole and the alarm goes off. Then I have to decide whether I can safely turn off the alarm while riding or where to find a safe place to spot in time to stop the alarm before 911 is called. On balance, I've decided I'm safer not having to deal with the false alarms while riding, so I've turned off the fall detection feature. Too bad.
