Not able to install Twitter on iphone 6

Hello Team,

I am not able to install Twitter on My IPhone 6. It is saying you need ios 13.4 to install.

After checking in updates, I can’t see the software update available for my device to 13.4.

My current version is 12.4 and I can see that I can upgrade to 12.5 which is not useful for me to install Twitter.

please suggest me the solution as If i am not able to install social network applications then how can I happy with my iPhone

I hope you will consider my question as valid question and I will get solution for this.
