My apple watch has frozen, I get a white padlock with message turn digital crown to unlock. I have unpaired and tried to re-pair but my app won't recognize my watch, says to check it's not paired to another device, it is not. I can't find an article to help me fix this.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
