I am running Hogh Sierra and iTunes 10.13.6, I noticed that today a new update iTunes 12.8.3
What happened to version 11? Is it safe to update? I thought Apple is no longer providing any support on an older version than Catalina.

This update resolves an issue that may prevent iTunes from playing media to third-party AirPlay speakers. It also includes minor app and performance improvements.
As far as I can tell it is only for High Sierra. iTunes 12.8.2 is the latest build for Catalina and Sierra.
