Charging Apple Watch - should I charge before full drain for long-term battery performance?
Hi I have the Apple Watch series 6. I have typically been charging my watch once it gets to below 10% battery (going through a full drain cycle). I understand that all these batteries have a limited number of battery cycles. Would it be better if I charged my watch when it gets down to, for example, 50%? Would that be better for long-term battery health?
Thanks
