Normally, you'd change your name in Contacts on your iPhone or ask Siri to call you whatever you wish to be called. However, are you and your wife sharing an Apple ID?

Ok. Then changing your name in Contacts or by asking Siri should work.
Not that I am aware. She is using my old phone.
