App Store doesn't work
When I try to download an app on the store, the following message appears:

Try to sign-out your Apple ID then sign-in again.
If that does not work, try to contact Apple Support. There is a "Get Support" button on this page in the upper right corner. You can use that.

There is an issue with the App Store service 4 hours ago (2:53 AM TST) which was already resolved by 3:23 AM TST.
Try again to launch App Store again.
I have had this problem for about two weeks. I tried to restart the app then the phone but doesn't work.
