iPhone is disabled

No matter what we do we can’t seem to log into this phone it doesn’t go into recovery mode it just keeps going back to the — iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes screen?

Yes no matter what we try or following instructions perfectly it always returns to the same screen.

Should i take the phone to the genius bar? No matter what we try it just goes back to the "Iphone is disabled" screen...
