Background: Apple policy is basically preventing me from getting a 1:1 exchange. I tried to elaborate but the post was deleted by Apple. Who do I contact to get Apple
to approve an exemption so I can get my watch replaced?
I tried support. A few hours on the phone. I am asking here because just maybe there is someone that can better help me to direct my query, before I try some of the other things people have done to put the watch face back on their watches when Apple fails to deliver.
