If your iPhone is showing a message saying that it is disabled, there's some additional information and steps here that can help: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

It sounds like Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone, and we want to help.


You mentioned that the screen is broken; can you let us know more about that? For example, is the screen physically broken in some way, or is it not responding as expected?

Just to confirm, it sounds like you are seeing the Restore screen on the device at this time, is that right? let me explain more in details.

My phone screen is physical broken and out where the thumb print is, i was changing my login password, on my password verification and it required restart which i did and automatically needed to install latest software which i allow to install, then i need my thumb print to verify, that where the problem is because my thumb print i not working, and i try almost everything and it has bee disable few times, and latently it refer iTunes so i can log a call,


Please assist i need photos, contacts, whatsapp groups that i belong to, it is possible to unlock from your site not to use password or if i can take it to apple store can they assist to log in. ( My country is South Africa)
