After update yesterday to 14.5 this morning I cannot send messages just tapping on the blue arrow up button. If I tap it. even with a pen it sends me to bubble effect tap not hold
If I exit messages it sends the message. Then go back and wait for the response; so I can answer again.
After restarting the phone the second time It sent the message's without any problem
