Miss device management

I do not see a “profiles and device management” in my iPhone, how can find them? Please help me

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

You won't see that until and unless you have installed a management profile.

If you are trying to install an app from outside of the App Store that requires you to do this, be VERY VERY careful. Doing so, may allow the author of the profile to control many functions of your phone.
