stolen airpods
my airpod pros got stolen at my job, which is a school....I have a student charge them and they are paired on her phone. we see that they are moving around the school with someone. Is there a way that I can pin point them?

Using the features offered by Find My is the only way Apple offers for tracking or locating a lost or missing device.
You can get them to play a sound (which of course a thief will hear).
