I have about 55 people to whom I send a mass text to on a regular basis. I’m a new iPhone user and I figured out how to send the messages individually (so that any replies come only to me) by turning off iMessage and MMS Messaging; however, not everyone receives the text. How can I fix that? The group is a mix of Android and iPhone users. Thanks!

Thanks for providing us additional information about your issue! Since you've mentioned that you've already turned off iMessages and are sending these as SMS text messages instead, we'd recommend reaching out to your carrier support at this time to see if they have any insights on this issue.

First, we'd want to collect some additional information from you to see if the issue could be isolated. Do you notice a pattern of who's not receiving the messages? We also recommend checking to see if it's the same recipients that aren't receiving the messages each time, and see which kind of device they have.

Well, I haven’t noticed a pattern per se. In fact, I didn’t know that not everyone was receiving the message until one person texted me that it wasn’t received. I then just randomly asked a few people, all of whom had not received it and who use both iPhone and Android devices. Conversely there are users of both devices in the same group who do receive the message. I’m trying not to have to send messages individually, and I don’t want to use a third party app. Thanks for your help.
