Can't change server hostname, and internet status is stuck at Loading...

I can't change my server hostname, the server seems to have issues connecting to the server, as it's stuck on that. Also, the internet status on the dashboard says "Loading..." forever, even though I'm fully connected to the internet, maybe that's related to the main issue? This started happening recently after the macOS Big Sur 11.3 update...

ventura system settings network settings submenu missing (the actual network settings pane is blank) iMac 27” Ventura 13.1 Systems Settings -> Network has no info on the submenu (or rightside pane). It’s blank. I can run the terminal command networksetup and all my ethernet settings will display and I have no problem with ethernet connectivity. Only the System Settings do not display. I have tried safe mode, a new admin user, a new standard user, and reinstalled Ventura. Nothing changed. On this iMac the System Preference is broken (it works fine on my wife’s MacBook). Additionally, in Wifi, clicking on details does not work. The Details button is not greyed out. Clicking on it does not open the next window. I also booted to recovery and ran first aid in disk util for Data, HD, & Volumes and all checked ok. Love to have a solution to this mess.
