Apple Watch is asking me for a Apple ID password and I don't know it
I just got a new phone and now my Apple watch is not working. It’s asking me for my Apple ID and password which I don’t know. Hoping for some help

You need to sync your watch to the new phone. And if you don’t know your Apple ID and password you won’t be able to use your phone or your watch.
