I would like to lower my calories for my activity ring on my Apple Watch, but when I slide down I don’t show the option to change goals (per online instructions) I have the older version watch If anyone can advise how would greatly appreciate
Try this;
Open the activity app on your Watch, press and hold on the screen, then tap Change Move Goal.
