Apple Watch upgrades purchase
I have given my Apple Watch series 1 away and cannot find it on iCloud to unlock. (I may have already done so) I purchase a new 3 series will I be able to pair it to my Apple Watch app?

Yes because you can pair more than one watch to a single phone but you can only use one watch at a time.
If you unpaired the series 1 watch through the watch app on the phone then it will be erased and the activation lock removed.
