iTunes Store

I can’t connect to iTunes Store. When I try I only get iTunes U and that doesn’t respond

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."

You don’t seem to get my point. I live in Kuwait I have no problem buying any app from the App Store or paying for my music app and my iCloud subscriptions. I use a local debit card that apple started accepting around two years ago. So far I have not been able to buy any music from iTunes because I can’t get to iTunes on my iPhone. I hope this clarifies my situation.
