Hello I put on my watch today and saw it was factory reset I don’t know how it happened but I really don’t want to re do everything someone help or will it save?

Follow these steps:

If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone - Apple Support

Hopefully when the watch was reset a backup was created on your iPhone. See step 4 in:

Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
