When i get facetime call i dont get no notification nor sound and wont know until the person who tried to call me text me.

To begin, after you receive the call, do they show up as missed calls on your device? Are you able to make FaceTime calls using your device, or does that not work as well?

Are you receiving normal calls properly on your iPhone?
