How do I stop subscription I didn’t subscribe for and remove my card. I have been trying to remove my debit card and I keep message that I still have a subscription to pay for

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you have a subscription that you don’t recognize and you would like to remove it. See how to cancel subscriptions here: How to cancel a subscription from Apple. After canceling a subscription it will continue to be active until the end of the billing period.
