Can't enable tracking

Hello. I can't enable Tracking on my iPhone. This is the setting located in Settings, Privacy, Tracking. All options are just greyed out and I can't interact with them. I also can't enable personalized ads.

For my work I need to know my advertising identifier, but because of disabled tracking I can't get it.

Hello. I already solved the problem. I logged out from my Apple id, rebooted my phone, logged in again and tracking settings became available.

Hi there shtron,

We understand that you are unable to allow apps to request to track on your iPhone. We’d be glad to assist.

Since it sounds like your iPhone is running iOS 14.5, let’s also make sure your apps are up-to-date.

How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Are you using a personal Apple ID with your iPhone? Are there any profiles or device management installed under Settings > General > Profile?

Also, is "Advertising" set to “Allow" in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions?

Thanks!
