Both my iMac and MBP updated to OS 11.3 and I now find that I cannot login to Facebook on either machine and when using Safari. Both work OK using Chrome.
Just wondering what might have changed

2. If it works on any of your devices, try Develop > User Agent > iPhone
Enable Develop menu.

3. Enter https://www.facebook.com in Safari’s search bar and test.

unfortunately, I've the same issue. I can login to Facebook from Safari but after that, I see only a blank screen. Facebook load correctly using Firefox.

Yep, that is exactly what I get with Safari. Glad it's not just me. I wonder if its part of this Apple / Facebook current spat.
I was wondering the same thing. But then again, on iOS, everything is fine – and that's where the tracking is being restricted.
