Earphone I received with iPhone 6 not working with splitter on iPhone 12 Pro Max specially for phone calls. It is working to listen to music on You tube, Amazon Music apps.
Just not working for phone calls. Please help.

We understand from your post that when using a splitter with your iPhone 12 Pro and your earphones, it is not working with calls. Do the earphones work without using the splitter? If so, then that would indicate the issue is with the splitter. Make sure any accessories you are using with your iPhone 12 Pro Max have the "Made for iPhone" label as described in this article:

Thank you for the updated information. Does the same thing happen when you use a pair of earphones that have a Lightning Connector like these: EarPods with Lightning Connector - Apple
If not, then that would indicate there is an issue with the splitter or earphones that have the 3.5 mm connector.

As I told earlier this 3.5 jack earphone which I received with iPhone 6. M using splitter since 3.5 port not available with iPhone 12.
