If you've requested it, you will receive a transcript of your chat with Apple Support via email. From there, you can print the email out.

Alternatively, you can request a copy of your Apple ID data and find a transcript of your chat there. You can do this by going to https://privacy.apple.com and signing in with the Apple ID you used to speak to them with. The file should be called 'AppleCare Chat Transcript' once you've downloaded your data.

hello, I have a trouble with my mac in the storage. there is huge amount of space in the other volume in container category which I don't need as well as I cant use, please be king enough to short it out as soon as possible.
