Safari attempts to load a website then shuts it down..ie..eBay

Why is safari opening my website then shutting down immediately and will not reload. Common website such as eBay. This is on my iMac. Thankyou

If this doesn't help, backup first and "Use macOS Recovery to reinstall the Mac operating system".
