Delete cancelled subscription
How can I delete a cancelled subscription, I already removed the app from my iPhone and cancelled subscription but it’s still showing up on my phone

You can’t delete the history of your purchases. Subscriptions will disappear over time, but the subscription in your purchase history will remain forever.
