I just purchased a MacBook Air 13.3 M1 and opened an Apple ID using iCloud, Now showing disabled!

Hello

I can't change the default iCloud settings to replace with new one or can't even log in to reactivate. It is showing disabled for security reason. How do I get it back and operate my new MacBook smoothly.
