Face ID is problem it whole time saying that not in frame little higher and it says your face is out the frame

This isn’t official Apple Support channel. You are talking here to other users like yourself and everyone can see what you post. As such you should refrain from exposing any of your personal identifiable and/or sensitive information like e.g. screenshots with device’s serial number, imei, etc.


I suggest that you ask family member to try setup Face ID to see if same is happening when their face is scanned. If yes, then backup your iPhone before performing a restore to the factory settings and test it on it without your user data on it. If still the same is happening, bring the iPhone to Apple Store or Authorised Service Provider for hardware test and service if issue is a result of hardware failure.
