Did you try later? If it still isn’t working use the Get Support link at the top of this page and navigate to iTunes & App Store support.
You must add another payment method, then delete the expired one→Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
Thank you for replying! Actually I tried to add another payment method first, and when I click on “done” it says “please try later”

My card is valid to 06/23 but still cannot pay my subscription for Duo lingo.
There were purchased made for iPad Pro and I didn’t make purchase so I was wounded how you can take that off and add the money back to my card coz I did not purchased iPad Pro
