Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're not receiving notifications for your voicemails. First, you want to make sure that your device is running the latest iOS version. If not, back up and update to the latest available version in Settings > General > Software Update.
If you're running the latest available version, make sure you do not have Do Not Disturb enabled. You will see a half moon icon along the top of your device. You can disable this in Settings or when you open Control Center.
