Same Apple id for two country
I'm in the US, my mom is Vietnamese, my mom and I want to share the same apple id but I don't want to change the country / region every time I download the app? help me .

If you are using the same Apple ID, if your mom resets the store to Vietnam, you have to change it to the US store to download. One Apple ID can't be used in two stores at the same time. You might consider getting your own ID that can set the store to the US store and not have to change stores.
