I deleted this app years ago, but it left a folder on my device and my system information says that it still takes up 15.74 GB of my storage. I even deleted its contents, but it is still here. I also cannot delete the folder itself. What do I do?
Enter ➔ Safe Mode and see if you can delete that folder while in Safe mode. Once deleted then you can reboot your MacBook Air for normal operation.
