As long as they are available for download in the app store, yes you can. However, I just checked their website and it is not compatible with my iPad Pro 11”.

Only if it is made for it. So, verify compatibility, by visiting that software's Home Page on Adobe's site, and then viewing the compatible devices, and iOS versions.
