I PHONE 11 Proximity Sensor

since last 4-5 months, I am continuously facing issue with proximity sensor whenever i am on call, screen gets black automatically (As the function provided to avoid unintentional touch screen operation) but if i take off my phone from ear to disconnect the call or want to operate keypad or any other menu option, display doesn’t respond (Sometimes it wakes up Display and most of the times does not). To wake up the display back to normal, I have to double click the side button. Facing this problem since software updating reached after 13.0

Also not getting any notifications like gmail, whatsapp or any other app until i unlock it & specifically opens the app. Background app refresh is ON … it should ping automatically if any notifications are there. Suggest if any other i phone 11 user facing this problem. I have 2 devices both the devices has same problem.
