Apple TV 3rd generation You Tube is removed which was the main feature as now the store say you are play then why do we have Apple TV . We should either get replacement to 4th generation for free or resort the You Tube. This is very inconvenient to poor country in Africa to spend money of expensive apple product and it works only for 4years. Apple inc please help us on this issue
The YouTube icon was removed in early March (2 months ago), when YouTube stopped their support for this model device, as announced a month earlier (3 months ago) from inside the YouTube app.
Apple TV (3rd generation) has been available since March 2012, that is 9 years ago, not 4 years.
Hardware upgrades are of course at the user’s expense.
