Charging issues
.this iPad will not change. I have tried the steps that it says to do and it still doesn't charge. We have only used the charger that it came with.

could be
- dirt or lint in the connector of the ios device when it happens to me I resolve it by clearing it out with a match or a tooth pick
- it could be a damaged cable, trying the cable with another device or trying another cable would show the culprit
- it could be a damaged ac charger unit, trying another one or charging by connecting to a computer could show the culprit
- it could be a damaged connector in the ios device which would require repair of some sort
